"I am writing to express my personal gratitude for the opportunity to attend the Hartford Leadership Conference once again this year. It was touching, and yes, humbling, to have so many nurse leaders open their hearts and speak so candidly with us about their experiences of leadership. I cannot imagine this sort of dialogue happening, at least for me, in any venue other than through the Hartford Leadership Conference."
