You can become an LPN in Indiana by completing an LPN training program and then passing the NCLEX-PN exam for Indiana Licensing. The course must be one that has met all requirements set forth by the state of Indiana. There are diploma, Associateā€™s and Certificate LPN degrees. These degrees take between 1 and 2 years to be completed.

You will cover various topic areas when studying to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. You will learn about the basics and the fundamentals of being a nurse. There are various courses that you will need to complete. You will also learn how to communicate well with patients and other healthcare professionals, not to mention learning about the rights of patients. LPN training will also include many hours of clinical training.
